CONDITIONS

CONTENTS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mindzi platform - the website, study platform, practice challenge, and competition exam. By registering or using the platform you agree to these terms. Mindzi is operated by Trev Pery Consulting, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
01

ELIGIBILITY

Mindzi is open to students in Classes 6 to 9 enrolled in any recognised school in India. There is no restriction by school board - CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, and State Board students are all eligible.

Students must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Self-registration by students is not permitted. By registering a child, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so and consent to the child's participation under these terms.

02

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Pre-registration is free and places no financial obligation on you. It allows you to express interest in the Mindzi Future-Ready Challenge and receive updates as registrations open.

When registrations open in July 2026, a registration fee will be payable to complete enrolment for the School Round.

₹649
Registration Fee - inclusive of applicable taxes.
Covers everything a student needs for the School Round: Full access to the Mindzi Learning Platform · Access to the Practice Challenge · Entry to the School Round · A nationally ranked digital certificate

Students who qualify for the City Round and National Round are required to pay a separate participation fee for each of those rounds. The applicable fee and registration process will be communicated to qualifying students and their parents in advance.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Upon successful registration, the student's participation is confirmed. Access to the Learning Platform will be provided to registered students prior to the launch of the learning phase.

03

REFUND POLICY

Pre-registration is free and does not require any payment. As no fee is charged at the pre-registration stage, no refund applies.

Once the registration fee has been paid:

  • If the student has not yet accessed the Learning Platform, a full refund will be issued upon request within 7 days of payment.
  • If the student has accessed the Learning Platform, no refund will be issued, as access to the primary digital product and learning content has already been provided.
  • If Mindzi cancels the School Round or the competition for any reason, a full refund of the applicable registration fee will be issued to all registered students.

Refund requests must be sent to hello@mindziai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and must include the student's name, school name, and registered email address.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

04

THE COMPETITION

Exam Conduct

Students must complete all competition rounds independently and without assistance from any other person, artificial intelligence tool, reference material, or external resource unless expressly permitted by Mindzi. The use of unauthorised assistance may result in disqualification.

Timing

Each competition round is subject to a defined time limit. Once an exam has started, the timer continues to run and cannot be paused. Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to a suitable device, internet connection, and testing environment before beginning an exam.

Competition Format

Mindzi reserves the right to modify competition dates, schedules, round formats, question formats, qualification criteria, or operational procedures where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated through official Mindzi channels.

Results

Results are generally published within a reasonable period after the relevant exam window closes. While Mindzi takes reasonable care in processing scores and rankings, Mindzi reserves the right to correct any technical, administrative, or scoring errors identified after publication.

Rankings

Rankings are determined by the scoring methodology applicable to the relevant competition round. Where two or more students achieve the same score, tie-break criteria may be applied. For the 2026-27 edition of the Mindzi Future-Ready Challenge, the higher Signature Challenge score will determine the higher rank. If a tie remains unresolved, students may share the same rank.

Disqualification

Mindzi reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses unauthorised assistance or external resources.
  • Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the competition platform.
  • Provides false information during registration.
  • Acts in a manner that undermines the integrity, fairness, or intended purpose of the competition.

All decisions relating to disqualification are final.

Technical Issues

If a participant experiences a technical issue during an exam, it must be reported as soon as reasonably possible through the designated support channel or school coordinator.

Mindzi may investigate reported issues and, where the issue is determined to have been caused by the Mindzi platform or its systems, may offer an alternative testing opportunity or other appropriate remedy at its sole discretion.

Technical issues arising from a participant's device, internet connection, browser settings, or local environment do not automatically entitle the participant to a resit, extension, or refund.

05

THE STUDY PLATFORM

Access to the Learning Platform is provided to registered students before the learning phase begins and remains available until the National Round closes.

The study content, question banks, AIRA character, and all platform materials are proprietary to Mindzi / Trev Pery Consulting. You may not copy, reproduce, share, record, or publish any part of the study content or questions in any form.

Practice Challenge scores are not recorded and have no impact on competition ranking. Practice attempt data is retained solely to provide AIRA feedback to the student.

06

CERTIFICATES

Participants who complete a competition round are eligible to receive a digital certificate for that round. Certificates are generally issued within a reasonable period after results for the relevant round are published.

Depending on the round completed, a certificate may include:

  • The participant's rank within that round
  • The participant's percentile within that round
  • Scores across the assessed dimensions
  • The participant's strongest dimension or area of demonstrated strength

Mindzi may revise certificate formats, designs, and recognition categories from time to time.

Certificates are issued in digital format only. Participants are free to download, save, and print their certificates for personal use.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that registration details, including names, are entered accurately. Requests for corrections should be sent to hello@mindziai.com as soon as possible. While Mindzi will make reasonable efforts to accommodate correction requests before certificate generation, corrections cannot be guaranteed once a certificate has been issued.

07

SCHOOL COORDINATORS

By registering a school, the coordinator confirms that they are authorised to do so on behalf of the school.

Coordinators are responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact between Mindzi and the school.
  • Sharing Mindzi communications, updates, and competition information with students and parents, where applicable.
  • Assisting with reasonable competition-day arrangements, including access to school facilities where the competition is conducted on campus.

Mindzi is not responsible for any failure to communicate with students or parents arising from inaccurate contact information provided by the school or a failure to pass on relevant information.

08

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through the Mindzi platform, including but not limited to learning materials, assessments, competition questions, scenarios, the AIRA character, visual assets, designs, software, branding, certificates, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Mindzi.

Participants may access and use such content solely for their personal educational participation in the competition. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Mindzi.

09

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mindzi operates on a best-efforts basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mindzi shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures, outages, interruptions, or delays beyond its reasonable control.
  • Competition disruption caused by a participant's device, internet connection, browser settings, or local environment.
  • Temporary unavailability of the platform.
  • Errors or delays caused by third-party service providers.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from participation in the competition.

In all circumstances, Mindzi's total liability to a participant shall not exceed the registration fee paid by that participant for the relevant competition round.

10

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Mindzi platform, or participation in the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Mindzi may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Mindzi website. Continued use of the platform after any update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@mindziai.com.
